A debt of gratitude...

O.k. here's the deal. I owe Erik Johnson a huge debt of gratitude for introducing me to Radiohead. I don't know where I'd be right now without their musical genius. So, Erik, I publicly (well, kind of publicly) thank you. You are like a golden god unto my musical awareness.

Also, in honor of Dr. MLK Jr. Day, we all ought to be nice to one another.

"I just want to do God's will. And he's allowed me to go to the mountain. And I've looked over, and I've seen the Promised Land! I may not get there with you, but I want you to know tonight that we as a people will get to the Promised Land."

-Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

I'll mention this to him, though I know he checks your blog occasionally anyway. It's on his list of favorites right next to mine. He's just not much for commenting...

ummmm, i'm not a real fan of radiohead. i just couldn't get into it. it all sounds the same to me and it's too whiny, though of course those of you who are "into" it will disagree. my $.02 since you brought it up.
