On my final exam I gave my students an extra credit problem:
"If Peter started a band, what would his band name be?"

Dude, I love "Sprangers and the Back Row Bandits." That's totally the best. I'm thinking of all sorts of scandalous innuendos, which is of course exactly what you need for your band name.
I think jen has hit on something:
"Scandalous Innuendo" is a sweet band name.
